Sales Negotiator (SK)

Prime Central London | South Kensington

Fuller Gilbert & Company is expanding its South Kensington sales team and is looking for an ambitious Sales Negotiator who wants to build a serious career in Prime Central London property. 

Working from our offices at 38–40 Gloucester Road, you will deal with high-quality residential property across South Kensington, Kensington, Chelsea and surrounding prime locations. The successful candidate will be a people person with a passion for property and business.

Location: 38-40 Gloucester Road | South Kensington | SW7 0TE

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 | £70,000+ OTE | Uncapped Commission

Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Hours: Monday – Friday 9.00am to 6:00 pm

Saturday 9.00am to 5:00pm (as rostered)

The Role:

As a Property Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in the property sales process, acting as a liaison between buyers and sellers. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing property listings, negotiating offers, and providing outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey.

What you'll be doing:

• Building relationships with buyers and vendors

• Conducting high-quality property viewings

• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales

• Progressing transactions through to completion

• Prospecting and generating new business

• Identifying potential instructions

• Developing relationships with local property owners

• Identifying off-market opportunities

• Working closely with the Sales Manager to increase our market share

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential buyers and sellers to generate and manage leads
• Conduct property viewings, highlighting key selling points to prospective buyers
• Advise clients on market trends, property pricing, and sales strategies
• Negotiate offers and sales terms between buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth transactions
• Prepare and process all necessary paperwork and documentation for property sales
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the local property market and industry regulations
• Deliver an exceptional level of customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients
• Meet sales targets and objectives as set by the company
• Manage and update the property database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
• Assist in promotional activities to stimulate business

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous London estate agency experience is preferred, particularly within Prime Central London. However, we're equally interested in attitude, personality and ambition.

Package: £25,000–£30,000 basic salary, £70,000+ realistic OTE with uncapped commission.
