‘FGPO’ acts for many of the wealthiest families in the UK, Middle East & United States.
Where we act in vvarious different roles, from acquiring new properties for their family members, to managing and owning responsibility of complete new build homes. We also advise on disposal of property assets both residential and commercial, and where necessary bringing in the right team to manage this on behalf of the client. At times due to the busy schedules of most of our clients, sometimes our job is just giving complete honest facts and advice, which at times may not be what they want to hear, but allows them to make the correct decision for them.

Client 1: UK Resident. High Net Worth Family.

We are solely working with some of the wealthiest families in Europe where we act in an advisory role.

Mrs A, partly acquiring assets with high capital value and reasonable returns, we are engaged to acquire over £100 million investment to build of UK prime London assets in commercial and residential.

Client 2: Middle Eastern Family.

Mr B, we have been acting for 6 months and have now signed a three year commitment where we are advising on the current property portfolio in UK and across to other countries on existing assets, those that need investment or a time to dispose. We also have a commitment to look at additional new assets, mainly high growth.

Client 3: UK Family High Net Worth.

We have worked for this Family for over two years, we have acquired new sites in Belgravia, South Kensington, Marylebone and Chelsea, as well as disposed of properties in Belgravia Knightsbridge, and SW London, where we believe the family have maximised the value of the asset. This client is looking to diversify some of the family worth into prime London.
