Hours: Monday – Friday 9.00am to 6:00 pm
Saturday 9.00am to 5:00pm (as rostered)

Job Description:
As a Property Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in the property sales process, acting as a liaison between buyers and sellers. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing property listings, negotiating offers, and providing outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential buyers and sellers to generate and manage leads
- Conduct property viewings, highlighting key selling points to prospective buyers
- Advise clients on market trends, property pricing, and sales strategies
- Negotiate offers and sales terms between buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth transactions
- Prepare and process all necessary paperwork and documentation for property sales
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the local property market and industry regulations
- Deliver an exceptional level of customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Meet sales targets and objectives as set by the company
- Manage and update the property database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Assist in promotional activities to stimulate business
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property sales or a similar sales environment is advantageous
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Ability to build rapport with clients and deliver excellent customer service
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve sales targets
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred
- Knowledge of the local property market
- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
