Jay worked tirelessly on our last move into the “Apostles” area selling our maisonette in Kingston Road and dealing with our purchase on Bronson Road. 

Jay’s knowledge of the local area is second to none, having contacted several of the rival local agents to manage our sale, it was his superior knowledge & clear but warm selling style that left us in no doubt he’d be the right person to sell our property. His valuation was spot on, not inflated with the intent to flatter & his matching of potential buyers helped us achieve an above asking price sale in less than 2 weeks that exceeded our expectations.

His help in finding a property to purchase was also superb, his knowledge of the Apostles area allowed us to see the true potential of the property we were purchasing & has left us with a great family home. Remainder of review: This agency lacks a moral compass, willing to do ANYTHING to squeeze money out of tenants. They design contracts to heavily favor themselves and never properly inspect the apartments before renting them out. The pictures they post are incredibly misleading, showing properties in a light far from reality; what you see and what you get are worlds apart.

If we make a complaint, it's uncertain whether we'll even receive a response from the 'property manager.' Many things in my apartment, like the doorbell and fridge, were never repaired throughout the year. To stay in the landlord's good graces, they blame tenants for the malfunctioning.

My contract stated, 'It’s the duty of the landlord to send someone for repairs, according to the tenant’s availability,' but this never happened. They'd give the key to the service person, who could enter at any time, any day—if he ever showed up. After my lease ended, I had to fight a whole new battle to get my deposit back.

Just like with maintenance requests, they wouldn’t respond to inquiries about the return of the deposit. I had to constantly follow up with them, and if you're lucky, you might get your deposit back after a lengthy delay. My entire year was ruined because of their unethical practices, deceptive advertising, and blatant disregard for tenant welfare. I advise avoiding this agency at all costs."

From start to finish nothing was too much trouble for Jay and his team. Like most sales there were issues and they guided me through very efficiently, keeping me posted on all proceedings.
